What is Bungee Fitness?and acrobatics using a truss-mounted bungee cord system.

Bungee Fitness is a revolutionary, high intensity low-impact workout that combines elements of cardio, strength training, and acrobatics using a truss-mounted bungee cord system. Participants are harnessed into a specially designed bungee system that supports part of their body weight, allowing them to perform a wide range of dynamic movements such as lunges, squats, jumps, push-ups, planks, and aerial choreography—all while experiencing the sensation of weightlessness. 

​This innovative workout originated in Thailand and has gained global popularity for its fun, playful nature and impressive physical benefits - especially for those who struggle to execute dynamic movements without some assistance. Bungee Fitness is suitable for a wide range of fitness levels and can be modified to meet individual needs, from beginners to advanced athletes.

​One of the lesser-known but highly beneficial aspects of bungee fitness is its activation of the lymphatic system—a crucial component of the body's immune and detoxification functions.

The bouncing, jumping, and suspended movements performed in bungee fitness are similar to rebounding exercises, which are known to stimulate the lymphatic system. Unlike the cardiovascular system, the lymphatic system doesn’t have a central pump (like the heart). It relies on muscular contractions, movement, and gravity to circulate lymph fluid throughout the body.

Because the bungee reduces strain on joints while increasing muscle engagement, the body can move more freely and frequently during a workout. This sustained, rhythmic movement helps pump lymphatic fluid through vessels and nodes, which reduces inflammation, enhances immune function, improves digestion, and increases your overall energy & vitality.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your class are non-refundable (a little extra motivation to make it!)


Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a class credit so you can rebook when it works better for you.

Do you host parties or private classes?

Yes! We love hosting celebrations. Our private party package is 0.00 for up to 9 guests—perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties, girls’ nights out, or any special occasion.

Is there a weight limit for bungee classes?

Yes, for safety and equipment guidelines, bungee classes have a weight range of 90–305 lbs. If you're outside this range, message us for a private harness fitting before class to make sure you will be safe in the bungee! 

What should I wear?

Wear fitted, stretchy workout clothes and supportive sneakers — nothing with zippers or sharp hardware that could damage the bungee cords or harness. A supportive sports bra with a top that covers the mid-drift is highly recommended, especially for bungee classes to prevent rubbing and/or skin irritation. And don’t forget to bring your own water bottle — you’re gonna break a sweat! 

Who can join BUNGE Fitness?

We welcome anyone between the ages of 16 and 60 years old. Whether you’re looking for a new workout or just want to try something totally different, you’re in the right place.

Can I take a class if I’m pregnant or recently postpartum?

For safety reasons, we do not recommend bungee fitness for those who are currently pregnant. If you’re postpartum, we suggest getting cleared by your doctor before joining and consider starting with yoga or mat Pilates first.

Are these classes beginner-friendly?

Absolutely! Our classes are designed for everyone, even if you’ve never tried anything like this before. You’ll be flying, bouncing, and laughing in no time—no experience needed!

How tall can I be to join?

Our equipment works best for those up to 6’3” tall, so if you’re within that height, you’re good to go!

Can I just try one class to see if I like it?

Absolutely! We love first-timers. You can book a one-time drop-in class for and get a taste of the fun before committing to a package or membership. 

All you have to do is check out our schedule, pick a time that works for you, and hit “Book.” It’s that easy! Come bounce, fly, and laugh your way through your very first Bunge class—you might just get hooked!

This sculpting-focused class combines the controlled strength and alignment of mat Pilates with the added resistance of bungee cords. Rather than jumping, you'll use the bungees to deepen muscle engagement, enhance core activation, and build long, lean strength. It's a low-impact, high-burn workout that blends grounding Pilates movements with a unique twist.
